2. Powdercity.com has some of the cheapest powders BUT it's shipping scale is hideous. It starts around USD12, and once you reach a scale, it will will tip up to USD21.xx. Then it will scale up to USD30.xx. How this "scale" works I still don't know. But I do know that once I put 3 items in my cart, it will go up to USD21, and 5 items to USD30. That is hideous to me because it seemingly doesn't matter what the weight is.
   
3. NootropicsDepot.com's prices for some of the popular powders like sulbutiamine, centrophenoxine, alpha gpc etc are always like around USD1 higher than powdercity. Although the prices are higher, I like to buy more from here because the shipping cost starts at USD11 and I can usually put in reasonable amount of items and weights before the shipping cost starts to scale up.
